The Problem
A case is heard where the land sits or where the marriage was registered, not where the best-marketed firm is. For matters in Kaski and the surrounding districts that means Pokhara — and a client searching from abroad mostly finds Kathmandu firms, because that is who ranks.
Pokhara compounds it. It is one of the country’s largest sources of overseas migration, so a substantial share of local family, divorce and property matters belong to people currently working in the Gulf, Australia or the UK. The firm is local to the case; the client is not local to anything nearby.
What We Built
A site that states Pokhara as the whole point rather than as an address in the footer, and covers the matters that actually arise there: family, civil, criminal, divorce, property, and NRN work for clients handling those matters from overseas.
A page per matter underneath — commercial cases, company registration and the rest — so a specific search reaches a specific answer instead of a regional homepage.
The Decision That Shaped It
Location is a qualification here, not contact information. Every competing firm claims expertise; almost none can claim to be in the district where the case will be heard. Leading with Pokhara is what makes the site findable by the search that matters and credible to the client who understands why it matters.
