The platform turns 121 archived Industrial Property Bulletins into a database of more than 70,608 trademarks and 27,841 applicants that anyone can search in seconds, then carries the user through to filing with the Department of Industry.

Key Features

  • Free trademark search across 70,608+ records drawn from 121 Industrial Property Bulletins
  • Online application filing with a status timeline the applicant can follow
  • Renewal and deadline reminders, so a mark is not lost to a missed date
  • Email notification at each stage of an application
  • Trademark conflict checker and NICE class finder
  • Brand strength scoring and classification helpers
  • Service modules for registration, search and clearance, renewal, opposition and enforcement
  • Patent and industrial design registration alongside trademarks

The Problem It Solves

A trademark search is the first thing any business should do before committing to a name, and in Nepal it was the hardest. Bulletin archives are published as documents, not data. Making them searchable is the whole value of the platform — everything else follows from having the records in one queryable place.
