Lawneeti Associates — NRN Law As A Practice Area, Not A Footnote
The Problem
A large share of Nepali legal work now belongs to people who do not live in Nepal. Land held in a family name, an inheritance to divide, a marriage to dissolve, a company to register from abroad — the matter is Nepali, the client is in Sydney, Doha or London, and the practical question comes before the legal one: can this be done without me being there.
Full-service firms handle this work routinely and describe it nowhere. The client reads a list of practice areas that assumes they can attend a meeting, and cannot tell whether their situation is even workable.
What We Built
A full-service structure — civil, criminal, corporate and family — with NRN law named alongside them as its own practice area, so the overseas client sees themselves in the list instead of guessing which category they fall into.
Below that, a page for each specific matter rather than each branch of law: adoption, commercial cases, and the rest. That granularity matters most to the remote client, whose search is always specific because their circumstances are unusual.
The Decision That Shaped It
NRN work is treated as a client type, not a service. Nothing about the underlying law changes because the client lives abroad — what changes is representation, documentation and whether an appearance is required. Organising it as a practice area is what allows the site to answer those three questions once, in public, rather than in every first consultation.
