Lawyers Pokhara — Leading With The Service Nobody Advertises
The Problem
Law firm sites advertise courtroom work, because courtroom work sounds like law. But a large share of what people actually hire a lawyer for in Nepal is administrative: a permission that will not come through, a registration stuck in a department, a file that needs someone who knows which office and which officer.
A visitor with that problem does not search for “litigation” and does not see themselves in a page about defending criminal charges. They are looking for someone to deal with an office on their behalf, and almost nobody names that as a service.
What We Built
A services structure that names administrative and government liaison as a service in its own right, alongside banking and financial law consultation and the firm’s litigation practice.
Pokhara is stated as the base rather than implied, which matters for the same reason it matters to any regional practice: cases are heard where the matter sits, and a client with a Kaski matter is looking for someone who is actually there. Ten-plus years of practice is surfaced as the credential, since for administrative work the relevant experience is knowing the system, not arguing in front of a judge.
The Decision That Shaped It
Government liaison is presented plainly as help navigating a process, not as influence. That line has to be drawn deliberately in this market: the service is valuable because the firm knows the requirements and the sequence, and a site that hints at anything else attracts the wrong client and damages the firm it is meant to promote.
