Nyayapatha Kanuni Sewa Kendra — Built For Someone Hiring A Lawyer For The First Time
The Problem
This is a legal service centre serving ordinary people, and most of them are hiring a lawyer for the first and only time in their life. They do not know what the process costs, how long it takes, what documents they need, or whether their situation is even something a lawyer handles.
A site written for that visitor has a different job from one written for a corporate client. Corporate buyers scan for competence signals; a first-time client needs reassurance that they have come to the right place at all, and a way to reach a human quickly rather than a form that promises a reply.
What We Built
Entry points named after concrete needs — company registration, immigration and citizenship matters, litigation support — rather than after areas of law, so a visitor can recognise their own situation without knowing the vocabulary.
Contact is treated as a first-class part of the page rather than an endpoint: phone and text, email, the office location, and a message form, all reachable without hunting. For this audience the call happens before the reading does.
The Decision That Shaped It
Call and text are given equal weight to the form, and the physical location is stated plainly. A first-time client’s trust test is whether there is a real office they could walk into, and a site that offers only a form fails that test regardless of what it says about itself.
